Manuela Schatzmann is a trained businesswoman and has been working in the family business since 2009. She started as a administrator and shortly afterwards took over responsibility for the office in Brugg AG. Prior to this, she worked and studied in Shanghai for three years to gain experience abroad. In 2013, she completed her training as an HR administrator and in 2019 her training as an HR specialist with a federal certificate - specializing in recruitment and hiring. Since the generational handover in 2019, Manuela Schatzmann - Karin Schatzmann's only daughter - has been the new Managing Director of Perfect Way. The new managing director's first official act was to expand the sole proprietorship into a limited company.
